December 2007 Timetable Changes

On Wednesday 12th December, unit 377 442 leaves Littlehampton with one of the additional services, the 14:15 to Victoria

Littlehampton and Bognor Regis now enjoy two direct trains to and from London every hour.  On Wednesday 12th December, unit 377 442 leaves Littlehampton with one of the additional services, the 14:15 to Victoria.

 

On Wednesday 12th December, unit 377 415 passes Amberley's semaphores with the 13:00 Bognor Regis to Victoria

Portion working south of Horsham now requires the regular opening of Amberley signalbox, which has been more or less permanently switched out for many years.  On Wednesday 12th December, unit 377 415 passes Amberley's semaphores with the 13:00 Bognor Regis to Victoria.

 

On Wednesday 12 December at Horsham unit 377 403 (09:11 ex Southampton Central) cautiously approaches the portion from Bognor Regis

Mid-Sussex Line services now divide and attach at Horsham, with one portion running alternately to Portsmouth or Southampton , and the other forming a half-hourly service for Bognor Regis.  On Wednesday 12 December, unit 377 403 (09:11 ex Southampton Central) cautiously approaches the portion from Bognor Regis before coupling up for the remainder of the journey to London Victoria.

 

On Sunday 9th December, unit 5720 arrives at Dorking with the 13:02 service from Waterloo

South West Trains's Sunday services from Waterloo to Epsom are now extended to Guildford and Dorking.  On Sunday 9th December, unit 5720 arrives at Dorking with the 13:02 service from Waterloo.

 

On Sunday 9th December, unit 5731 makes a call at Bookham with the 11:20 Guildford to Waterloo service

The new Guildford service gives Bookham its first Sunday trains for some years.  On Sunday 9th December, unit 5731 makes the Bookham call with the 11:20 Guildford to Waterloo service.
