Wessex Electrics: Interior Details

Chris Green - Network SouthEast's Director - was said to be particularly fond of Eddie Pond (signed Edward in first class!) murals. These stylised designs were optimised for printing with a limited number of colours on laminate. As with all Network SouthEast stock where Eddie Pond murals were used, they depicted localities served by the stock.

The below images were supplied by Tony Hillman and you are recommended to view his excellent website British Railways Publicity. The webmaster is indebted to former members of Network SouthEast's Publicity Department who have contributed freely of their knowledge, material and photographs and by doing so have considerably enhanced this feature.
