2413 about to leave for the last day of service with South West Trains. Notice the unit does not have any South West Trains branding

Generic white & grey Livery

Generic white and grey livery and bournemouth depot

Units continued to go to overhaul after the announcement that South West Trains would not be renewing the lease and therefore Angel applied a generic white & grey livery. This livery was first applied to u2421, then followed by 2414 & 2424

Pre-Gatwick Express livery

2419 was the second former SWT unit to appear in Gatwick Express livery, however, the roof colour changed at Wolverton to white. The webmaster personally believes this livery was better than the current one.

The unit is seen at Postern Lane on the evening of 25th July on its way back from Chart Leacon to Lovers Walk.

Gatwick Express

Gatwick Express livery

442412 with 442414 at Purley Oaks on 18th December 2008.

Most of the fleet carry this livery with the exceptions of 2409, 2415, 2416, 2418 & 2423 which still carry the South West Trains livery as seen on the previous page.
