Bratchell class 319/1 kit goes into production

Good news! Bratchell Models is going ahead with production of a 4mm scale class 319/1 kit. Tooling is underway and already ordered kits should be available around the beginning of October. Also, for the very first time, Bratchell Models are pleased to announce a kit specifically for the finescale modeller who prefers to add their own etched windscreen wipers. There will be an interruption to the tooling process to allow for a STRICTLY LIMITED, ONCE ONLY production run of kits that will include cab ends prior to the windscreen wipers, handles etc. being permanently added into the tooling, so once the limited stock of these special kits has been exhausted, there can be no re-ordering. The official launch of this kit is planned for Warley at the NEC in December 2007 and the model will be going on General Release in 2008. However, if you missed out before on the opportunity of taking advantage of the Advance Order programme, Bratchell Models will be accepting Pre-Launch orders from 01Sep07 up until 31Oct07. The price including UK p&p is £140 for BM83191, the ‘EM’ & ‘P4’ version, £150 for BM63191, without the windscreen wipers and £188.00 for BM73191, the ‘00’ wheeled version. Details of liveries choices that will be available on the RTM service on BM73191 are scheduled for announcement nearer to the Launch date.  Overseas p&p rates on request. Email info@bratchellmodels.com for the Pre-Launch order form or download it from the www.bratchellmodels.com website.
