South West Trains unveil their community/heritage operation on the Lymington Branch

 

cd421498in2b.jpg (39680 bytes) The interior of 1498's motor brake open standard.  The interiors of these units have either had surfaces replaced, repainted or extensively cleaned.  The floor coverings and window frames looks to be original but cleaned, roof and other interior surfaces repainted or cleaned and the seats have been recovered.  There is anti-etch film on the windows.  The windows were sparkling clean for the units' unveiling.  Very smart!
