Southern Electric Preservation
The Southern Electric Group and its members are keen to support and promote every aspect of preservation of the Southern Electric Scene, not merely the activities of the group. Accordingly here are some brief details of items of dc electric rolling stock which are preserved by other organisations in varying states of restoration or storage:
- Brighton Belle and other Electric Multiple Units with Pullman cars
- Pre-World War 2 Southern Railway Electric Multiple Units and Locomotive
- Post World War 2 Southern Railway Electric Multiple Units
- British Rail Electric Multiple Units and Locomotives
- Former London Underground Electric Multiple Units and Locomotives
- Other Third Rail Electric Multiple Units and Locomotives
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the details in these sections are accurate you are invited to inform the webmaster if you notice any errors and omissions.
