Reversal at Sutton
319380 in the Epsom Downs platform at Sutton on 25th February 2008 A rare event at Sutton took place on 25th February 2008 when a FCC working was reversed in the Epsom Downs platform due to a bridge strike at Carshalton disrupting services. Ian Docwra was given the opportunity to photograph the event due to his Epsom service also being turned back at Sutton!

 

Ninety minutes at Wimbledon
319377 in modified Thameslink livery 319373 in Thameslink silver/blue livery
319010 in overall blue livery 319005 in full Southen livery
319422 in FCC Neon livery

Ninety minutes at Wimbledon West Junction on Tuesday April 17th revealed five different liveries on Class 319 units working First Capital Connect Luton - Sutton services:

  • (top left) 319377 original Thameslink, without yellow stripe, branded FCC
  • (top right) 31973 "new" Thameslink silver/blue livery branded FCC
  • (above left) 319010 still in overall blue livery
  • (above right) 319005 in Southern livery
  • (left) 319422 in First Capital Connect "neon" livery
