On 1st April the 16:46 Bedford - Ashford worked by 377206 + 377504 got into trouble at Nunhead when 377206 lost its shoegear. They first ran ECS to Tonbridge before being moved to Chart Leacon to try and repair/replace some of the pickup shoes. They are pictured here in Tonbridge station. 377206 worked to Selhurst the following day via Redhill, 377504 working its diagram from Ashford. photograph by Colin Price |
