Dapol N gauge new Class 33 models

Dapol have recently announced a tranche of new 2mm scale Crompton diesel locos due for delivery in the third and fourth quarters of this year.

These promise the following features:

• separately fitted parts
• DCC – 18-pin socket
• Eight wheel drive and pickups
• 5-pole “Super Creep” motor
• Independent directional lighting
• Heavy split frame chassis
• Darkened wheels with pin-point bearings

They will be available as:

• 2D-001-009  D6509 in BR green
• 2D-001-010  D6523 in BR green with small yellow warning panels
• 2D-001-011  33056 “The Burma Star” in BR blue
• 2D-001-012  33025 in DRS livery
• 2D-001-024  D6580 in BR green with small yellow warning panels
• 2D-001-025  33107 in BR blue
• 2D-001-026  33103 “Swordfish” Fragonset black livery

Additionally Gaugemaster have the following two commissions:
